How to Read Your Property Inspection Report
The Report consists sections of each major system in the following format:

- If only the first checkbox is checked, it means the inspector didn’t find any deficiency.
- If the second checkbox is checked, it means the inspector didn’t inspect this item possibly because the item is inaccessible to be inspected.
- If the third checkbox is checked, it indicates the item is not present, or not installed.
- If the fourth checkbox is checked, it indicates the inspector has found at least one deficiency. You should look for “Deficiencies” in the section with detailed explanation and most likely pictures taken to clearly show the deficiency.
